1 Who is responsible

2 What a deletion request removes
Correspondence and any address we hold. Aggregated statistics contain nothing that identifies you, so there is nothing there to delete — which is the point of collecting them that way.
3 What we collect
Data you give us directly
- Contact messages. If you email us or use the form on the contact page, we receive your name, email address and the content of your message.
Data collected automatically
- Technical data — IP address (usually truncated by our analytics provider), browser, operating system, device category and screen size.
- Usage data — pages viewed, time on page, the link that brought you here and the outbound links you click.
- Cookie identifiers — described in detail in our Cookie Policy.
We do not want financial data. Never send us card numbers, bank details, casino passwords, one-time codes or copies of identity documents. If you do, we delete them. Note that the SSL encryption and two-factor authentication described in our review protect your operator account, not your correspondence with us.
4 Why we process it
- To operate the website — serving pages, security, diagnosing errors. Basis: legitimate interest.
- To answer you — replying to a message you sent. Basis: your request.
- To measure content — understanding which guides are read. Basis: consent where required.
- To attribute referrals — recording that a visit to an operator came from here. Basis: consent / legitimate interest.
Our focus is the original InOut Games release rather than the clones that borrow its artwork. That distinction runs through everything published here, including this page: when we say a lobby is verified, we mean the licence and the game build, not the logo.
5 International transfers and retention
Service providers may process data outside India, including in the EU and the United States, under the safeguards those providers offer. We keep contact correspondence for up to 24 months, aggregated analytics for up to 26 months and server logs for around 30 days.
6 Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and the EU/UK GDPR — you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected]; we aim to reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
7 Security
The website is served over HTTPS, access to stored correspondence is restricted, and the volume of personal data we hold is deliberately small. No online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, but minimising what we collect materially limits the risk.
8 The contact form
The message box opens your own email client rather than posting to a server, so nothing is stored here when you use it. We receive only the message you choose to send.
